A small, relaxed recital in a supportive setting.

Vocal Workshop
For private vocal students of all ages. Practice performance technique in a small-group setting. An accompanist will be provided. The workshop will last from 60-90 minutes, depending upon number of participants. Prepare one to two memorized pieces.

Spring 2010 Recital Information
Our spring recitals will be held on the Saturdays of May 1 and May 8, at the Westchester United Methodist Church. Each recital will last about an hour, and family and friends are welcome. There is no cost to participate; however, we ask for donations of canned food at the door to benefit the LAX Food Pantry.
Below are the dates and approximate times of each teacher’s recital. We will let you know your exact recital time in early April, when sign-ups are complete. If you cannot make it to your teacher’s recital and would like to be placed in another one, please indicate on the form below which days or times would be better for you (please be as broad as possible); we will then put you in another recital as space permits.
There will be an accompnaiment fee for volcalists and violinists. Your teacher will give you more information on that in a few weeks.
RECITAL SIGN-UPS WILL BE HELD THROUGHOUT MARCH. Any sign-ups received after March 31 will be assigned to recitals on a space-available basis. To sign up, please print out the form by clicking below, complete the form and leave it with your teacher or in one of our self-service boxes.
COVER ART NEEDED! Students of all ages are welcome to submit artwork for the cover of this year’s recital programs. The art should be music-themed and fitted to a 5-1/2 X 8-1/2 page (a regular piece of paper folded in half, like a book). Cover art submissions would be best in black and white, as that's how the programs will be printed. Please leave a hard copy in the office or email me a file by April 10.
