Musical Beginnings offers private lessons for children, teens and adults in the following instruments:

Piano, Violin, Viola, Clarinet, Saxophone,
Voice, Guitar and Electric Bass

Lessons are generally one half-hour per week and are held at Musical Beginnings.  Tuition for private lessons varies according to instrument and teacher.  It currently ranges from $100 to $120 per month for weekly half-hour lessons.  Lessons are ongoing and can be started at any time.

Weekly lessons are supplemented by a variety of optional performance opportunities that include workshops, recitals, exams, ensembles and family music activities. These events are available to all of our private students.

All Musical Beginnings faculty are university-trained, and have professional performing experience.  All of our class faculty are members of the national Early Childhood Music and Movement Association.  They are skilled in working with a variety of ages and ability levels. Upon enrollment, we try to match each student with the instructor that best fits his or her needs and interests.

The Academy Program is for advanced, motivated students who are ready for extra challenges and performance opportunities.  Admission is by teacher recommendation and audition.
